First festival gig with playing the gong for a thousand people at

First birthday without my dad. 💔 I am overwhelmed with grief this morning, and I am also happy to be alive doing this human thing.

As I step into my 45th year, these 5 lessons have guided me through my own grief and growing
with grief:

Embrace Change: 🌟 Change is inevitable and often leads to growth and new opportunities. Embracing it can bring unexpected joys and discoveries.

Nurture Connections: 🤝 Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with reciprocity enriches our lives and provides support during challenging times.

Embrace Discomfort: 🚀 Stepping out of our comfort zones can lead to significant personal growth and new experiences. Discomfort often precedes breakthrough moments.

Stay Curious: 🧐 A curious mind opens doors to new experiences and knowledge, keeping life exciting and full of possibilities.

Celebrate Small Wins: 🎉 Acknowledging and celebrating even the smallest achievements can boost our confidence and motivation.
