“You have a right to be here.” This campaign to provide warmth and comfort to refugees applies to all of us.

As the season turns cold, I’ve been thinking about the concept of HOME. What turns a space into a home? There is something important in the feeling evoked by this video. Comfort, warmth, protection- these are the feelings of being held. If we can find or create a space that evokes the sense of being held, we may have found our home.
