Nerd Alert:
I got that prodromal phase (the itchy/tingle on my lip) that signals an outbreak of a fever blister

Was at my office so I treated myself with my diode laser

No blisters (yet)
Warm…okay hot….but no cutting and no anesthesia

Did you know my lips are in a published academic paper ? Driving into the parking garage at dental school one day I felt the prodromal itching tingle.

Instructors were geeked out as they literally captured vesicles as they formed
