Learning to relax on vacation is a healing journey in itself.
If you grew up in chaos or constantly being “on alert,” slowing down can feel uncomfortable—even when you want to enjoy your time off.

BUT just because it's hard doesn't mean you don't do it. It's important to set boundaries to protect your peace and allow for you and those around you to have a great day. When we are boundaried, grounded and resourced, we are able to enjoy ourselves SO MUCH MORE!

3 signs you may be in a narcissistic abuse or toxic relationship:

Grief needs movement.

Loss is not just emotional; it’s physical.
Our nervous system tightens to protect us from pain, and healing asks us to gently reintroduce safety, presence, and flow.

Move your grief.
Breathe it out.

Grief is a lifetime experience. It is apart of us in every moment. Grief can also shift and morph into different things. It can move us into different places in our lives.

What is important is to remember to FEEL it. Allow it to be. Allow it to flow through you.

Grief doesn’t only live in the heart — it lives in the body.

Tight shoulders, shallow breaths, heavy limbs — these are often the body’s way of holding what words cannot express.

When we ignore or suppress grief, the body keeps the score — carrying our losses in tension, fatigue, or pain.
Healing begins when we learn to listen, honor, and release what the body has been holding.
