We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during the Metronet outage earlier today. Our team is working quickly to get everything back on track—thank you for bearing with us!

ANNOUNCEMENT:

Metronet is experiencing issues in our neighborhood resulting in us not having service. Our computers and phone systems are down until they get it resolved. We just got notified by them that it could be up to 1 1/2 hours yet. Please know that we will do everything we can to get back on track once we are in service, but it could result in longer wait times while we work though the back up.
We will make another announcement once we are back in service.
