Indigo Body Massage and Orthopedics is a locally owned massage practice ran by Jessie Thompson, LMT, RMT with a focus in orthopedics, neuromuscular and myoskeletal alignment therapy, traditional Japanese acupressure and Shiatsu.
She began her massage practice in North Austin to “help others not to feel pain” by integrating orthopedic, advanced myofascial release methods and movement therapy.
Her passion and drive integrates with her mission to teach others that they have the power to heal themselves from within, just as she had through her therapy, acupressure, exercise, prayer, meditation, and self-development.
Having struggled with injuries, anxiety and depression herself, she made the life mission of her business practice to aide others in the process of healing themselves from within and to educate them on methods focused on helping them achieve their health goals, eliminate pain and inflammation from their lives so that they can continue to do the things they love doing, function at their optimal levels both physically and mentally and live a more healthy lifestyle.
