Add the diced carrots, celery, broccoli florets, and chopped spinach to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the diced tomatoes and vegetable broth. Add the dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
Bring the soup to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and let the soup simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
