Having a family day so no videos today. We’ve been having a blast playing instruments together as a family! The kids have loved learning and playing. Sound therapy has so many benefits for children. It’s been a joy to share these instruments with them.

I’m so excited for my new offering! We will now be offering a monthly subscription where you have access to weekly group virtual sound baths!

These will take place every Monday at 7pm CST and will last 30 minutes.

It will be a beautiful concert of healing sounds with instruments ranging from crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and harps.
