Yoga + wine classes in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles and Austin, TX and now on Zoom! We're all about balance! Now on Zoom too!

We believe that yoga should be fun, and we celebrate yogis who like to unwind with a glass of wine. Vino Vinyasa classes are an educational, vinyasa-based practice where students learn fun wine facts through creative yoga poses. The classes end with a meditative wine tasting, inviting students to mindfully taste what's in their glass while applying what they learned through the poses.

Vino Vinyasa was founded by Certified Yoga Teacher Morgan Perry, who worked in wine marketing for over a decade and has studied wine through the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, where she holds her Advanced Certificate in Wines. Morgan loves that she has found a way to merge her passion for yoga and wine.

Private classes are available and are great for team-building in the office, birthdays, bachelorette parties or other occasions.

We had the honor of celebrating Warrior Women’s 4-year anniversary with an incredible group of strong, inspiring women. 🥂🧘‍♀️

The event was a beautiful reminder of the power of community, connection, and movement. We’re so grateful to everyone who showed up with open hearts and celebrated this milestone with us. 💛

Happy International Pinot Noir Day!🍷

🇳🇿Have you tried New Zealand Pinot Noir? I had the pleasure of visiting Central Otago a few years ago and we fell in love with NZ’s signature red variety, which have vibrant red fruit, a silky texture and elegant spice.

We also loved how BEAUTIFUL the region was, & the fact that the wineries are all rooted in sustainability. This photo was taken at Rippon Vineyard, which is known for its biodynamic farming practices and its location on the shores of Lake Wānaka with views of the Southern Alps.

I can’t wait to enjoy some more NZ Pinot Noir again after Baby Stark arrives in a few months!
