In a skillet, heat oil. Add garlic and cook over medium heat until golden brown. Add sugar and cook for about 20 seconds. Add Impossible Ground Beef and cook over high heat, breaking up the meat finely until no pink remains. Stir in onion, basil, mint, cilantro and thai chile. Add fish sauce and season with salt and pepper. Combine with cooked rice.

In a small bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, thai chiles and water. Stir to dissolve the sugar.

Combine the rice blend with the sauce and arrange in lettuce leaves.
