I believe that nutrition and massage go hand in hand and the possibilities are endless on what the body can do and achieve. My passion has always been to help others, and this gives me the avenues to help people with their overall health and wellness goals. I graduated college with 1050 hours of Massage training, have a degree in Health Sciences, numerous CEU credits, and I am a Reiki Master. I have been a Massage Therapist for 11 years and I'm still counting, as this is truly my passion. I specialize in Bone Motility Pattern Work, which is absolutely amazing for chronic low back pain, sciatica, and frozen shoulder, just to name a few of the top ailments it works for.

Tell me you’re exhausted without telling me you’re exhausted…. . I was losing hair in patches and thinning and losing slowly everywhere else, so shaving the head it was. I have zero attachment to hair and since I’ve been bald before I know know it grows back. I’m grateful I have a nice shaped head though lol. Feeling quite overwhelmed and underwater though.

Port was put in Wednesday and holy dang was I ever nauseous coming out of this procedure🤢. I though I was nauseous before with the cancer chillin in my spleen and liver, but that was a walk in the park compared to this🫣. I feel like a battering ram was taken to my b**bie which goes up into the neck and jaw. At least today wearing a bra doesn’t hurt too badly (big b**b problems haha, sigh). A week ago one would think I had an obsession with the ER (or the cute resident doctors🫣🤷🏼‍♀️) it all kicked off with an anaphylactic reaction to almonds (which I’ve always eaten but this can happen after a splenectomy). I was called that special case because I have the rare side effects and reactions. It was because of these visits they found a pulmonary embolism, cue a blood thinner which was also not on my 2025 bingo card. I swear I just filled up my adult punch card 🫣🤪. This resulted in a $1900 visit. I see my oncologist tomorrow to discuss my chemo 2.0 treatment plan. Thank you for the donations and thank you for sharing so I can reach my much needed goal 💖🧚‍♀️🤣🪩🔮💙

Fitting that my surgery is today at 12:15, I’ll be at the hospital in a few hours. Full moons are all about releasing and y’all I am doing some major releasing along with releasing some toxicity with the removal of my spleen and part of my liver. I’ve been smelling the cancer, still a constant light scent. My shortness of breath has been increasing and since my body does things backwards and gained weight with this cancer everyone just thinks it’s because I’m fluffy when I find it hard to breathe lol. Thank you to all who have donated, I’ll go through and catch up and thank you individually. Thank you to those who are still sharing my fundraiser. Medical bills that have come in so far are still at $7967 and I need to bring in another $3000 this month plus meet my goal, please and thank you💖🧚‍♀️💫🪩🔮💙 👈
