Sculpted Physiques by Leila There are a few key factors for health and fitness: 1. Proper physical conditioning 2. Spiritual & Psychological well-being.

My approach to movement and fitness combines knowledge of functional anatomy breathing mechanics, spinal alignment, lifestyle coaching, the importance of the hormonal system and how they are all integrated to give a comprehensive view of the human body. Lifestyle factors such as; nutrition, water absorption and sleep quality. 3. There is the proper way to exercise for your body and an improper way. Get an assessment - spinal, movement, flexibility and core first. 2nd - a program you can do yourself at home, in a gym or outside.... designed specifically to heal your body.
