I "preach" Self Love to my clients all the time.

Self Love, to me, is choosing to make a better choice. A choice in which is aligned to who we desire to Be.

I desire to be more disciplined, energetic, and to have clarity of mind.

So, today I chose to wake up earlier, which was difficult because my body ebbs and flows with the weather. It's gloomy today and I wanted to STAY in bed so badly.

I chose to wake up earlier to have more time to pray, meditate, set intentions, and create a high vibrational meal for my Self.

I chose to be what I wanted to see in the world. I chose to make a Sunshine smoothie. I am choosing to be the Sunshine I wish was out today.

It feels good to choose the authentic Me, and not the me I've been comfortably uncomfortable with for so long.

Changing our thoughts, changes our patterns, which changes our behaviors, which changes our lives.

So of course now I ask, what have you done or are going to do today to Love on your Self?😊

It's a learning process but I promise it's doable. You just have to be ready to let go big time. Because chances are that there are many energetic expressions in your life that weakens your connection to Source Consciousness ✨
