Valentines Dinner tradition. Chicken Florentine adaptation from Paul Prudhomme. Served with angel hair pasta sautéed with garlic, Serrano and sun-dried tomatoes.

Great dinner at Mongers. Frankly was very unimpressed 1st time we went over the summer. This time was fantastic. Mainly did the raw bar. Give them a shot if in the ATX. Hyde Park off Guadalupe

Seemed like a good day for chili. Used Tom Perini’s recipe. Modified with adding a poblano and only using 1 green/1red bell pepper. 2tsp cumin 2tsp Kosher salt 1/2 tsp cayenne
