Our patient came to us seeking help after a previous blepharoplasty elsewhere resulted in lid ptosis (drooping). To restore her symmetry and “open” her gaze, we performed a tarsolevator advancement using only local anesthesia and oral medications.

The difference in her iris show and overall expression is incredible! 👁️✨
