Therapist who believes that people are strong and resilient and emotional, physical, and spiritual healing are both possible and interconnected. I am an active, friendly, family oriented Texan. I went to UT in Austin and am a proud longhorn. I also studied abroad in Granada Spain. I spent all of my summers working at a summer camp, in youth ministry and counseling, or traveling to El Salvador. After graduation, I spent a year teaching English in El Salvador and working at an orphanage doing counseling with the children who came from broken families. I went to graduate school in Pasadena, CA to attend Fuller's Marriage and Family Therapy program. I worked with 2 nonprofit therapy organizations over 5 years doing therapy and gaining valuable experience, passing the National and California MFT exams, and becoming Licensed to practice in both California and Texas. Bragging rights
Spanish Speaking. Made it to the National Championships when I played on the UT soccer team. Made it to the National Championships with my Ultimate Frisbee Team from California. 2 Marathons and 2 Triathlons. I sponsor 4 kids at the orphanage in El Salvador where I lived.
