Cupping is one of my most favorite modalities out of this whole medicine. I like to think of it as an inverse massage. So instead of pushing downwards, it's suction upwards and gives your muscles a totally different stretch! It also helps to increase circulation, help with recovery, and performance. That's why when you watch the Olympics you'll usually see circular marks on the Olympians body, typically at their backs and shoulders. π₯
