BridgeWay Recovery offers programs that help individuals target and address the root underlying causes of addiction, compulsive behaviors, sabotaging patterns, anxiety, depression and other maladaptive behaviors, getting into the real deep feeling work of repressed and buried emotions, traumas, shame and pain from childhood that cause unhealthy behaviors to spill out sideways in our adult lives. Each of our homes (both male and female) are designed specifically for healing and recovery, with the attention going into every detail. Everything is included for our residents, from the highest quality amenities, house supplies, holistic services, life coaching, and new linens. All that is needed are clothes, food and a toiletries. Our program ranges anywhere from 1 to 12 months, depending on the individual needs and where they are in their recovery journey. Our admittance process requires a pre-screen so we can ensure that the resident is a good match for our environment and program. Once admitted, there is a $250 non-refundable admin fee to hold the bed, and first month required upon move in. No other deposit is required and ALL UA's are covered in the rent. Our friendly staff is hands on and dedicated to each resident, helping them through their healing and recovery journey. Many holistic services are provided such as Fitness classes, Nutritionist, Yoga, Trauma Therapy, Meditation, etc. However, we believe the most important of all our services, is our hands on recovery and life coaching. Our Recovery coaches have a minimum of 10+ years in recovery and live happy, joyous and free lives who know what it's like to be in darkness, despair and addiction, yet have made it through to the other side. We are known for meeting our residents wherever they are in their recovery journey and work closely with them to achieve their life goals. At BridgeWay, our mission is to help our residents address and identify the roots of what is underneath their addictions, which is hidden underneath in pain, shame, and guilt. We believe the addictions are just the symptomatic behaviors from the core emotional wounds that have not been resolved. Through our recovery coaching and holistic services, we use a number of different experiential therapy techniques to help our residents connect with the repressed feelings, understand what is going on and why. To truly heal, we first have to name it to tame it, then feel it to heal. We must name and identify what trauma/wounds from our childhood occurred, once we help our residents do that, we help them get to a place of feeling the repressed feelings and the grieving process begins. This opens up a new space to love the wounded child within and begin reparenting ourselves with compassion, love, and gentleness. This is the first step to self love, self care and self esteem. Our homes are ideal for individuals who want more out of life, who want to live and experience the happiness, joy and freedom they know is possible but don't quite see a way to get there. Some of our residents have used words such as feeling stuck, trapped, depressed, angry, numb, just surviving or living through the motions. After leaving BridgeWay, our residents leave with a renewed sense of life, joy, happiness and most of - Self Love. We believe that until we can truly love ourselves, we can't love our Higher Power or anyone else. Not something is usually do, but here’s a take on what’s happening on a national scope of politics and why we are seeing such polarity.

A recent download I had about the polarity and why republicans and dogmatic groups are holding onto old programming, beliefs, and structures. (Note: I am not a democrat or a republican and speaking as a soul who’s home is the earth, and my family is every soul on the planet)

We are collectively expanding our consciousness, moving into a higher frequency and vibration, entering more five-dimensional frequency and awareness. As this happens, we can see old paradigms, structures, and beliefs falling away and you can see that today with some groups still holding onto old programming. This can be challenging, especially when some of us have family members still
Holding on, and we see the fear they are in of letting go. Many are stuck in generational cycles of unhealthy habits, such as beer consumption, News, poor gut health and eating habits, while clinging to the belief that Trump, or similar figures, are their saviors.

I used to identify as a Republican and held onto rigid, dogmatic thinking, nationalism, and religious beliefs. However, what’s happening now is a shift towards oneness. We are becoming more aware, more loving, embracing equality, and recognizing that all beings have a right to exist, no matter their gender, beliefs, or race. We are allGod experiencing itself in a multidimensional reality, and this evolution of consciousness is unfolding before our eyes.

We can see those who are still holding onto their guns, their nationalistic beliefs, their religion, and their rigid identities, —these are the things that are falling away and will continue to, each soul will either awaken and evolve or they won’t make it. My response to this is to send love to these souls. We don’t need to engage in opposition because they are just another expression of us. We are all one consciousness. God is experiencing itself in many forms, and all we need to do is offer love, send love, and be love.

Remember there are seasons. When a season comes where everything feels like it’s falling apart, celebrate and praise, because that means you are leveling up. Breakdown creates Breakthrough, death means rebirth, darkness means the light is on the side, the pressure forms the diamond. Just remember and be mindful of the story and narrative you are telling yourself, always be thankful for these seasons, winter is setting up for spring! Life is rigged in your favor, you are the universe experiencing itself, everything is happening for your good, your evolution, your expansion.
