Kidneys are your primary source of vitality and essence (jing) in TCM. 💦

This event hosted by Jennifer and The Road begins with gentle yoga nidra to settle into an aware state of meditative rest combined with supportive acupuncture. As your intentions are activated, the sound bath journey begins. 🌕

If you are chilling your tools,
make sure you ‘break cold’ with
the tool anywhere but your face,
like your arm. It should glide freely
before you consider applying it to your face.

Be careful with your capillaries and ice
cold tools - keep them moving to avoid
over-icing delicate tissues.

One of our favorite de-puff combos is the
guasha mushroom and F.Miller eye oil.
The oil can be rolled on underneath the eye
orbit, can be used on dry cuticles, or even parched lips. Glide chilled mushrooms over to soothe and depuff.
