Ingredients:

2 scoops Medi-Weightloss® Birthday Cake Premium Protein
½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 extra small banana
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions:

Prep your ice cream maker (freeze bowl for 24 hours).
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Churn in your ice cream machine for 5-10 minutes, scraping sides occasionally.
Serve immediately or freeze for a firmer texture.

🍍Here's what you'll need to make this yummy Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl:

1 scoop(s) Medi-Weightloss® Pina Colada Premium Protein
¼ cup(s) mango chunks, frozen, no sugar added
¼ cup chunks of pineapple
1 Tbsp sugar-free syrup
½ medium (juiced) lemon(s)
⅓ cup coconut milk

1. Prepare Pina Colada Premium Protein according to instructions
2. Pour into ice cube mold and freeze for 2 hours
3. Add all ingredients and ice cubes to a high-powered blender except chopped pineapple and shredded coconut
4. Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add water if needed
5. Transfer to a bowl. Add chopped pineapples to the top
