My niece has just given me an early Christmas 🎁!!! It's a portrait of my beloved pup, Atlas, in her trademark art style.

She is so incredibly talented and is just getting started in her artistic career! As I recall, she has been drawing and making art since she could hold a pencil. I am beyond proud of her and hope you will give her art a look-see!

Since today is my Dads John Lemus 68th birthday 🎂 & it’s also Father’s Day ~ I feel it’s appropriate to make an announcement w/ a throwback to this photo of my dad from 2016 since its the most recent picture I have of us together & it was taken @handsonholistichealing.

I asked my father to come to ATX from Oceanside, CA to help me take my clients health to a higher degree by integrating his healing touch massage & acupressure therapy to what I did which was re-align their Atlas (C1-the top bone in the neck) using #NUCCA.
