Surgery in July 2021 deductible paid to your company, code error to insurance and not applied. had emergency room visit 3 days later and paid them and now cant get money back from your company $4000.00 is enough for me to contact you daily for hear on out! Please contact me ASAP to settle my refund, I've spoke to your company over and over and over. I was told i would get my refund in about 30 day in October 2021 we are now in april 2022. Unfortunately, Arise Austin Medical Center has not contacted me regarding Doctor’s Orders for a CT submitted almost 3 weeks ago, in addition to the 3 unreturned telephone placed personally. This facility is suppose to take care of health related issues, which obviously isn’t a priority. Therefore, I would not recommend Arise Austin Medical Center.
