Animal fats > seed oils

Some people like to say “there no studies suggesting that seed oils are harmful”…

But in reality, there is an overwhelming number of CONTROLLED human studies showing they can be detrimental to our health (PMID: 28503188, 8432867, 2008870, 10452406, 9488997, 22959954,14288105, 727035, 2643423, 36263326, 23815500, 22959954, 28088621, 23025469)…

And if those studies aren’t enough, think about how they’re made - refined, bleached, deodorized, and exposed to extremely high temperatures, leaving them oxidized and rancid…

I prefer eating animal fats, which is what humans have been eating for hundreds of thousands of years…

And before seed oils invaded our diets, heart disease and chronic diseases were a fraction of what they are today…

Avoid these oils like the plague and you will thrive…

The most important thing I look for when traveling and booking an Airbnb is a grill…

Having a grill is so convenient and saves you a lot of time…

But I don’t like to using the regular cleaning spatulas because they can leave residues on the grill…

So that’s what I always use - an onion and a potato!

Add some rosemary to your burger and you’re set!

Medical school taught me how to research and read scientific data and I spent years studying nutrition independently…

And while my ideas have evolved throughout the years, the fact that animal foods are the most nutrient dense foods for humans hasn’t changed…

This isn’t really up for debate…

Animal foods contain many UNIQUE and ESSENTIAL nutrients for optimal health…

I still strongly believe making unprocessed animal and plant foods the center of your diet is key to improving your quality of life…

Still think ni****ne is healthy?

I’m aware some studies show potential benefits…

But there are also studies showing the opposite (PMID: 15131760, 2550038)…

And my biggest concern is that people are abusing ni****ne to mask their lack of energy or mental focus…

In reality, we should address the root cause of fatigue and brain fog instead of taking a drug that bypasses this dysfunctional state…

Improve your lifestyle, the quality of your diet, and your sleep regimen, and you won’t need to rely on a drug for energy and focus…
