Animal fats > seed oils
Some people like to say “there no studies suggesting that seed oils are harmful”…
But in reality, there is an overwhelming number of CONTROLLED human studies showing they can be detrimental to our health (PMID: 28503188, 8432867, 2008870, 10452406, 9488997, 22959954,14288105, 727035, 2643423, 36263326, 23815500, 22959954, 28088621, 23025469)…
And if those studies aren’t enough, think about how they’re made - refined, bleached, deodorized, and exposed to extremely high temperatures, leaving them oxidized and rancid…
I prefer eating animal fats, which is what humans have been eating for hundreds of thousands of years…
And before seed oils invaded our diets, heart disease and chronic diseases were a fraction of what they are today…
Avoid these oils like the plague and you will thrive…
