Do squats bother your knees????
Try Sink Squats! I love these in the morning while I wait for my coffee to brew. (Tip: massage your feet open with a ball or a rock first and your squat will feel waaaaayyy easier). Hold the last one to experience some hanging for the hands and spine 🦥
This variation is a great way to naturally learn to actively squat from your whole foot, hip and leg to core connections. Wake up your lower glutes/upper hamstrings and feet before you start your day! Myofascial squat-sensing the back body support the front body. 😉
