Cypress Roots Natural Movement School Coaching ALL bodies to explore natural movement from a fascial, embryological, embodied perspective

With over 20 years of studying the body and movement from influences of physical therapy, personal training, pilates, yoga, natural movement. My biggest influences of my coaching style are from my studies of fascia, embryology, meridians, and somatics. I learned how to experience movement 5 dimensionally in flow with gravity rather then fighting gravity. I coach others how to discover their body’s genius through a specific art of cueing I call GRAVITY SURFING. This in-tuned natural state of movement opens higher thresh holds of whole body strength, mobility, playfulness and self-healing. My purpose and mission is to guide humans back to their roots of wholeness and connection to heal, integrate and expand physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually beyond self-limiting conditioned beliefs and into a life of radical wholeness!

Do squats bother your knees????
Try Sink Squats! I love these in the morning while I wait for my coffee to brew. (Tip: massage your feet open with a ball or a rock first and your squat will feel waaaaayyy easier). Hold the last one to experience some hanging for the hands and spine 🦥

This variation is a great way to naturally learn to actively squat from your whole foot, hip and leg to core connections. Wake up your lower glutes/upper hamstrings and feet before you start your day! Myofascial squat-sensing the back body support the front body. 😉
