A financial donation has been made in the honor of all my clients to Sustainable Food Center for yet another year. They have a history of supporting local food growers so that more people in our community have food access, preparation knowledge, and gardening skills. Keep your eyes open coming back to the office! Yesterday for my birthday I got a huge box of sunflower seeds for the bird feeder. Bing on my cardinal friends!

The cheesecake for the occasion is citrus daiquiri. Made by my husband. Came out perfect.

Saw a post on Nextdoor today that made me laugh—
It reminded me of when I first became a massage therapist 22 years ago and ordered a sign for the chiropractor’s office I rented space above. Good thing I read the proof before printing… it said:
“Now offering message therapy!”

Still makes me laugh—though honestly, a little message therapy doesn’t sound too bad either.

Attended my first TMJ cadaver dissection livestream! The instructor and master dissector was focusing on TMJ and sleep disordered breathing. Out of 4 TMJs, there was only one non perforated disc.
I really liked seeing the lateral pterygoid's in influence on the disc and condyle. Here is my Instagram video of that muscle and the disorders it causes. https://www.instagram.com/p/DLAdJ5fRgAl/
