Virgo invites us to clear, simplify, and ground into what truly matters. The solar eclipse brings fresh beginnings, opening doors we may not have imagined. And the equinox reminds us of balance — light and dark, endings and beginnings, inner work and outer action.

✨ One thing I always get asked about is this:
“What do I do with the anger I feel toward the one who died?”

It’s something people often carry in silence, because it feels taboo. How can you be angry at someone who’s gone? Shouldn’t grief only hold love, sadness, or longing?

But the truth is — anger is a normal part of grief.
💔 You can love someone deeply and still feel hurt that they’re not here.
💔 You can cherish their memory and still wish they had done things differently.
💔 You can honor them and still feel abandoned, betrayed, or angry.

Grief is messy. It holds all of it — love and anger, gratitude and sorrow, tenderness and rage. None of it makes you a “bad” person. It makes you human.

So how do you handle it?
🌿 Acknowledge it without shame.
🌿 Write them a letter you’ll never send.
🌿 Speak the words out loud in a safe space.
🌿 Let your body release it — through tears, journaling, or movement.

And sometimes, the deepest healing comes when you realize their soul can hear you. Mediumship sessions often bring through messages that provide closure, soften the anger, and bring understanding you didn’t think possible. 🪽✨

🕊 In my meditation last night, I was shown this insight…
Clarity doesn’t come from trying harder.
It comes from surrendering deeper.

When you’re blocked, confused, or asking, “Why did this happen?” —
It’s not because you’re failing.
It’s because your soul is asking you to slow down long enough to receive the answer differently.

Here are 3 sacred ways Spirit showed me to invite clarity when you’re stuck in confusion:

✨ 1. Speak to the problem like it has a soul.

Everything you’re facing is a teacher in disguise.
Ask your challenge:

“What are you here to reveal to me?”
“What sacred shift are you trying to create in my life?”
Then pause. Let your heart respond — not your mind.

✨ 2. Step out of your head and into your body.

The mind will spin, but the body holds truth.
Go for a walk.
Stretch on the floor.
Breathe deeply and ask:

“Where do I feel the tension?”
“What does this part of me need to feel safe?”
Clarity often hides behind unprocessed emotion — and the body holds the key to unlocking it.

Sometimes the reason you can’t “figure it out” is because it’s not time to know yet.
Spirit may be aligning people, places, or events in the unseen.

I wanted to share something a little personal with you today…

✨ I’m an INFJ — one of the rarest personality types in the world.
And understanding this part of myself has helped me so much on my spiritual path — especially in how I connect with Spirit and hold space for others in grief, healing, and awakening.

As an INFJ, I’m:
• Deeply intuitive (sometimes to the point of knowing things I can’t explain)
• Highly empathetic, often feeling what others don’t say
• Purpose-driven — I need my work to have meaning and soul
• Sensitive to energy, emotion, and the unspoken
• Naturally drawn to help people transform pain into purpose

These traits aren’t just personality quirks — they’re also the tools I use to connect across the veil, hold sacred space for grief, and walk people back to themselves.
