Our community transformed into an art studio as residents were overjoyed to take part in a professional watercolor lesson, following step-by-step guidance to create their very own watercolor beach scenes. 🖌️With brushes in hand, they painted a serene beach scene, learning step-by-step techniques not just how to blend colors, but also a fun "secret artist trick": using salt to create the look of soft, sandy beaches.🏝️
Many of their finished masterpieces are now on display in our lobby-stop by and see the talent shining in our community! A heartfelt thank you to Haley, for arranging this special event that combined creativity, learning, and a little splash of fun. 💙

In Memory Care, every smile tells a story. During our Chillin’ with Peace & Love activity, our residents came together to enjoy refreshing cups of shaved ice in a rainbow of flavors — from orange to watermelon. 🍧🌸

The bandannas added a playful, groovy touch, but the true beauty was found in the togetherness. Sitting side by side, sharing conversation and joy, residents not only enjoyed a refreshing summer treat but also the comfort of one another’s company. 🌈💜

Here, our residents are never forgotten. They feel safe in the company of friends and the caring staff who surround them. Every activity is planned with love and intention by our dedicated CB Activity Director, Angela, who works to fill each day with entertainment, enthusiasm, and opportunities to live fully. These small but meaningful moments become treasures — moments that remind us that life, no matter the stage, is still vibrant, joyful, and worth celebrating. 🥰✨

Our day at Kalahari Resort was a beautiful celebration of friendship, laughter, and togetherness. From savoring delicious meals to enjoying milkshakes that were almost too stunning to eat 🍨✨, every moment was made sweeter by the company we shared.

Bowling wasn’t just a game — it was a chance to connect, cheer each other on, and build memories that remind us how special it is to belong to a caring community.

We were especially honored to celebrate Betty and Faith’s birthdays 🎂🥳, surrounded by friends who made sure their day was filled with love and happiness.

What makes our community truly wonderful is knowing we always have each other — for fun, for support, and for sharing life’s moments big and small. Together, we create a place where everyone feels included, valued, and loved.

Who needs a float when you’ve got fabulous walkers, wheelchairs, scooters and even more fabulous residents? From start to finish, the joy was undeniable. Laughter filled the halls, music lifted our hearts, and the whole community came together to honor Independence Day in the most meaningful way — with fun, pride, and togetherness. ❤️🤍💙 Our Salute to Freedom Parade was a celebration of independence, style, and community spirit! With music playing and flags waving, our residents strutted down the halls with pride and theirs hearts full, in true red, white, and blue fashion. Let freedom ring — and roll! 🇺🇸✨

Our residents were bursting with excitement as they prepared for their very own Salute to Freedom Parade! With patriotic spirit in their hearts, they decorated walkers and wheelchairs with flowers, banners, shimmering stars, and red, white, and blue touches, turning them into dazzling parade floats. With each decorated walker and wheelchair, their pride and excitement grew. The joy of creating their own community celebration spread like fireworks throughout the community.

A huge thank you to our dedicated volunteers for their helping hands, warm encouragement, and joyful energy. Your presence brings light and love to every step. You both truly made a difference and helped bring this wonderful moment to life! ❤️💙

Our residents spent a beautiful day exploring their creative side at Cumberland Road Art Studio! With a variety of hands-on projects to choose from, like painting, jewelry making, Cricut-crafted thermal cups, and more. Everyone found their own way to shine. The studio had all the supplies ready and everyone was served up some chilled refreshments to fuel the fun.

After our artsy adventures, we topped off the day with a tasty lunch at Cottonwood Creek Brewery & Smokehouse. Good food, great company, and plenty of smiles. This outing had it all!

Days like these remind us how fun it is to try something new and enjoy every moment together. 💕🚌

The air was filled with music, joy, and heartfelt pride as our residents gathered together to celebrate the red, white and blue! From toe-tapping tunes to waving flags and singing along, the smiles said it all. Flag Day was a beautiful day to honor the love we share for our country and the freedoms we cherish every day. ❤️💙🎤

We celebrated the incredible mothers in our community with a special mom-osa & tea party! 🥂☕ Our lovely ladies enjoyed delicious pastries, sweet treats, and were serenaded with beautiful melodies that made the day feel extra magical. 💐🎶 To all the amazing mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures—thank you for your love, strength, and grace. You are truly cherished today and every day!

🪇Cinco de Mayo Fiesta at Brookdale Round Rock!🪇 We had a fabulously festive Cinco de Mayo celebration filled with color, culture, and community spirit! A vibrant mariachi band — formed by talented UT students — lit up the room with their incredible music and energy. Our residents couldn’t help but smile, clap, and even dance along! It was a joyful afternoon that brought generations together and reminded us how powerful music and tradition can be. Their performance filled our community with joy, dancing, and festive energy — making May 5th one to remember! ¡Gracias to our amazing musicians and everyone who joined the fun! ¡Olé!
