Hey everyone!

I’m excited to announce I’ll be opening another day for in person sessions on Wednesdays starting in June! I’ll be done with EMDR training in July and am on track to finish my associateship this year. I’m so passionate about working with individuals 12 and up with a soft spot for ages 16-30.
I specialize in trauma informed care, utilize a psychodynamic lens and incorporate DBT skills training.
I am also available for consultations on my trainings and experience. If you know of anyone who might benefit from a warm, relational, experienced clinician who is informed in SI and SH, as well as trauma please send them my way!

Thanks yall!

What Is EMDR & How Can It Help You Heal from Trauma?
If you’ve ever said “I know I’m safe now, but my body still reacts like I’m not” — EMDR might be for you.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps reprocess trauma that’s gotten “stuck” in your nervous system. It allows your brain to integrate difficult experiences in a new, safer way — without needing to re-tell every painful detail.

Here’s what you should know:
✅ Backed by the APA, WHO, and VA
✅ 90% of single-trauma clients saw relief in just 3 sessions
✅ Works with PTSD, childhood trauma, medical trauma, anxiety, and more
✅ I integrate EMDR with CBT, DBT, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness — all in a warm, relational, non-stuffy space
You don’t have to carry it alone.

Let’s talk about whether EMDR is right for you. 💛

Hi all!

I’m approx. 400 hours to full licensure! I will be finishing the second part of EMDR training in July. And am anticipating opening up another in person day in my office in Westlake!
I currently have openings for virtual sessions Monday through Tuesday, am building my in person case load for Wednesdays to start in June, and am currently full for evening sessions on Thursdays and Fridays— but totally willing to take on daytime sessions!

I have a lot of experience with ages 12 and up experiencing a range of symptoms. My main niche currently is around trauma and SI or SH. There’s not a whole lot I havent heard before and I aim to position myself in this specialty.
I utilize DBT for target behaviors and diary cards to track progress. I’m loving EMDR— I’m cleared to practice and begin utilizing. Phases 1 and 2 are history and prep which does take some time to complete. I have a blog on AIP which is the model on which EMDR is based located on my website in the blog section if you’re interested in learning more.
I also love educating and providing information I’ve learned in trainings, grad school, books, and combining that with my understanding of neuroscience to help people understand themselves better and feel more in control.

If you’re a personal friend looking for therapy, reach out and I can help connect you with someone in the community. I’d love to help you out, even if I can’t be YOUR therapist.
