Here is some food for thought:

Did you know that trauma is the un -alignment of the true authentic self?

So, when someone aligns to their trauma they are saying to themselves,” it’s much too painful to be that true version of myself”

Why?

Because of XYZ person said this and that to me or I said this and that to myself and now I believe it and it hurts to believe that about myself.

Enter - EGO to save the day and protect our selves.

Over time we single handedly destroy others around us while destroying ourselves bc of the lies we aligned to as truth about us.

And now you have basically began to hate yourself or the version you now believe you are. And you have began projecting all your hatred and insecurities all over anyone who’s in your life or close to you.

Ask yourself these things though…⬇️

✔️Are you standing in truth though?
✔️Is that version you are now standing in actually who you are on a core level and are those things true about you?
✔️Do you enjoy being around you?
✔️Do others enjoy being around you?
✔️If you were not you would you like you as a person?

If you’ve answered NO to any one of these now you get to ask yourself is it time to shift this bs and really get a handle on the truth of who you are and what version you’d like the world around you to truly know?

And have you had enough of this pain you have created and co-created with those in your life?

The greatness you see in anyone else is also is you.

It's True!!

It doesn't matter who you've invented yourself to be. It doesn't matter if you tell yourself that you're stuck in average. Mediocre. Smallness. It doesn't matter if you tell yourself you're someone that can't.

None of that story matters because you can rewrite the story in an instant.

Here is how. (Warning...it's simple)

First, see the greatness in others and remind yourself that the greatness is also in you. (You couldn't see the greatness if it wasn't...)

Then?

Don't just admire it and watch it. Don't just sit on the sidelines playing small.

When you remind yourself the greatness is in you, when you make this decision of belief - the greatness responds. It starts to rise up. It obeys.

And then you just let it do it's thing.

That's the trick.

Letting that other person's greatness light you up. Letting their fire explode your fire. Then letting your fire burn and ignite.

Most people are afraid to burn. They tell themselves that they aren't talented, smart enough, good enough, prepared enough, worthy enough, working hard enough, loving enough, trustworthy...

Whatever the story. These are the mind stories, the cold water, that douses the flame that reminded you of the greatness in your heart.

Please stop fighting to put it out.

You were created to burn.

Let your heart ignite! Own your spirit! Burn brightly!
And then - you'll be the spark for others.

And others may be so afraid of the flame that they'll reject you. Try to put your fire out. Hide from you.

And someone...you won't know who.
They'll see your greatness...and let it awaken theirs.

And so it goes...

Most of us are taught to run from pain and not show it for fear of looking weak?🤔

Well,I call Bu****it on that limited belief system and bu****it story! Ha! 💥

Pain is just a feeling... it passes. & always turns into something positive when you choose to TOUCH it and FEEL the emotion showing up.

I encourage all to sit with it and FEEL every ounce of it till you are able to experience a NEW feeling. That is a positive one that will guide you to more abundance and inner growth to create more Joy in your life!

So many of us are only working on the surface level and that is not going to serve your higher good or those around you. We truly do get what we are committed to!

Make a choice to feel all your feelings and allow them to be OK and stop beating yourself up for not being Perfect!

Guess what? Perfection is another Bu****it story we all tell ourselves as well!

What a relief to know this right? When I realized this... the huge deep breath I released was just pure delight! Whoo! 😄

Break free and be BOLD! Be You! SHINE your light as BRIGHT as you can! The world required your brightness to be shown for a greater purpose!

Otherwise why else are we all here??? & HOW ELSE will we see growth and healing for our beings and our lives?

So I will say this again.... Lol (it's important)

Make a new choice for your life! Choose emotional freedom from all past traumas and experiences you're holding onto because you believe the stigma that we are to be strong and perfect all of the time!

NOW Is your time! Create your action steps to your greatness! The world awaits YOU!!

During my morning mindset/Meditation work this was the biggest thought coming through for me. I DESIRED to share it with all of you. YAY!! 🎉

A Reminder of TRUST in your-self and KNOWING the universe literally is attracting and delivering every single thing you believe you are WORTHY of!

Wow, Right? ... Our thoughts truly are manifesting exactly what we are thinking about that is coming directly from our hearts.... So remain in mindfulness! And Be conscious of your every Thought and word you speak over you and your life & EXPERIENCES!

You are a POWERFUL CREATOR! 🎈

If you choose to accomplish anything you DESIRE in your heart.... You GET to BELIEVE you have done so while allowing your WHY to drive you there not your HOW....

Are you a "People Pleaser"?

Do you know what that is?

WELL.... Answer these questions to yourself...

Do you find yourself saying YES to things that you truly do not desire to do in life?

Did you ever feel taken advantage by others by being nice all the time?

Do you put OTHERS needs before YOURS?

Do you find it to be a challenge to say NO to others?

Do you feel obligated to always give an EXPLANATION Or an APOLOGY when you say NO to people?

Do you stay in UN-Fulfilling situations and relationships?

Do you often compromise YOUR values if it means you will be liked or accepted by others close to you?

Do you always find yourself caring more for OTHERS than YOURSELF?

Do you often feel GUILTY when you do something for YOURSELF?

Do you avoid CONFLICT and DO you feel indecisive all the time when it comes to certain situations regarding others?

If you answered YES to all or any of these you my friend are a "People PLEASER"...

And it's not wrong or right.... Its simply just FEEDBACK! So allow it to be OK FOR YOU.... The beauty of all experiences in life is we get to make NEW CHOICES!

Do you desire to feel FREE and FULFILLED in all aspects of your life???

I can still recall the day I told some one close to me in my family NO and gave no apology and or EXPLANATION for my NO...

It was the very first time I CHOSE to EMPOWER myself and give up the DIS-EMPOWERING behavior I was living. I couldn't believe I had said NO! It was so PROFOUND that I felt a CONFIDENCE come over me that I hadn't felt in YEARS. The more I CHOSE to be true to MYSELF is where I felt more of me RETURNING. I was breaking chains of LIMITING BELIEF patterns that I NEVER thought I'd ever break free of? After all, the very first person I did this with was MY father... It was only 5 years ago when I chose to step fully into my TRUE SLEF and chose to LOVE and HONOR ME for ME.

The guilt that was RELEASED by continuing to live by this SELF-LOVE and EMPOWERING way was just the beginning of my remembrance journey of self and to my deep inner healing.

I feel grateful every day for MY tools of SELF-CARE and SELF-LOVE! Learning to love and honoring ME was the best choice I ever made for MY LIFE...

This powerful statement is simple! It means you are either blessing your life and your experiences with your words or you're condemning yourself or experiences.

Creating a deeper more fulfilled mindset of your language by becoming FULLY conscious always is going to open your world up to RECEIVE even more of your blessings!

The lies you tell yourself is the number one reason you're stuck.
And the reason you lie is because you think the truth hurts.

And you think the sadness, anger and fear are bad things.

What if they are the perfect teachers.
What if they freed you?
And what if...once you found and accepted the truth...

You found everything you were searching for.
Your voice. Your passion. Your commitment. Your light. Your peace.
What if you found your refusal to stay small and settle for the either/or life.

The greatest part of you. The part you know is there...the part you've glimpsed in fleeting moments...but you have no idea how to be all day everyday...

It's within reach.

If you stop lying to yourself. Stop lying to the world. Face the reality of your BS mind games. Your ego. Your jealously. Your comparison. Your negativity. Your masks. Your positioning. Your manipulation. Your tit for tat. Your anger. Your disappointment. Your regret. Your attempts to get love by being needed. Your attempts to get love by being a victim. Your sadness, anger, and fear.

You can bust your ass and move a few mountains here and there. But it won't feel like freedom. You'll just keep striving to stay ahead. And the more mountains you build - the more pressure you'll put on your lies.

True freedom starts with telling yourself the truth of your experience. It doesn't start with your financial goals.

It starts with truth. The deep truth. THE DEEP DOWN! The stuff that even now you're pretending isn't there...because when you admit it is there...you feel like you're out of control. And you see that you're everything that you've spent your life judging in others.

We all experience Loss of Human Life! Here are my thoughts today about mine regarding my Dad. (See below)

Happy Graduation of Life Co-Daddy! I love and Honor You! 💜

As I lay here I am reminded of a few special moments I shared with my Dad and I am feeling sad due to the humanness of him being absent from my life. 💜

I do feel him close when I call for him and I Am aware of my feelings regarding his inability to call late at night telling me how much he missed me and his nickname ONLY he called me! A name I will never tell another living soul about! It was our special thing! 💜

I have come a long way since my mothers graduation of her life and the healing journey that hers took me on. I feel her journey prepared me for his graduation of life last year on this day!💜

Realizing tools are available to us to allow ourselves the ability to heal by grabbing ahold of our pains and just sitting in the feeling till we are able to fully realign and heal and experience a new experience has been the most powerful tool I have ever allowed myself to fully EMBRACE!💜

AND due to my ability to allow my heart space to be fully open to feel all my feelings and let them be ok is the most powerful and full of gratitude I have ever felt in my life!💜

I thank the divine light/source/God/Creator for all MY beautiful blessings in my life! 💜💜
