I stretch at home why do I need to have someone stretch me? I get response a lot. Welllllll this is why! Assisted stretching increasing your overall flexibility, I can get you into a deeper stretch. It increases blood circulation( more blood flow the faster the healing process) Range of Motion is increased leading to less acute injuries.
