Dear Valued Patient,

I am pleased to announce that I have sold Central Family Dental to Dr. Vu Kong of High Point Dentistry. Dr. Julie Necker has retired from practicing effective February 28, 2023. I will still be practicing three days a week for at least the next year. We still have some of our familiar, friendly staff. Happy to welcome an additional dentist, Dr. Kimberly Kaiser to our team. This change and others to come should help make it easier to deliver the highest level of care we have always tried our best to deliver. We plan to send you any further improvements as they become available.

Renovations are almost complete, with just the waiting room flooring to go; this will not affect our ability to be open and take care of all your dental needs. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us.

We have all utilities in the office so will be back to normal operating hours starting Monday, February 22nd. The shopping center is undergoing renovations with a temporary wall shielding our office from the construction, this will not affect our ability to be open and take care of all your dental needs. Based on the guidance of state officials we will be treating patients for routine cleanings and procedures. Our top priority has always been the health of our patients and team. To ensure this, we will be adding additional safety precautions during your appointments.

On Sunday, March 22, 2020 the governor of Texas issued an executive order instructing all dental practices to limit care to emergency-only patients.
We will temporarily close starting March 23, 2020.
We will be available for dental emergencies during our office closure. We will be taking calls from current patients (seen within the last 18 months) during our abbreviated office hours. Simply call the office line at 512-473-8444 and it will direct you to our emergency number. We cannot accept new patients at this time.
We will contact all patients with appointments scheduled and reschedule you as soon as we are allowed to treat non-emergency patients again. We are planning to resume regular hours as soon as May 6th but awaiting guidance from the Governor's office. Please check our website for the most current information and stay tuned to our page for the latest information and to stay connected.
We have each of you, your families, and our community in our thoughts, and we wish you continued good health. Expect to hear from us as soon as we have the go-ahead to open our doors. We are already looking forward to that day and are excited to welcome you back soon!
