Our Story

I am a life coach and former emotional overeater. I am a warrior and a badass. I can teach you how to do it too. I get what I want because I know what I want and what to do to succeeed. Do you? Do you want that?

I have had two bariatric surgeries. The second was in June of 2017. I have lost, to date, 128 lbs. I’m still going. However, the biggest change is that food no longer has an emotional hold over me. I have discovered freedom from food’s grip. It held me there for 43 years. I can help you overcome emotional overeating. I’ve been there. I’ve come out the other side.

I can help you discover why you overeat and we can make a plan to change it. It can and does get better. I promise you that. If you are a bariatric patient at any stage of the game, I can also help you too. I had a lap band and a sleeve. I’ve faced obstacles and overcome them. I am proud of my story. Let me help you make your own great story. You can do this. You’ve got this. I believe in you. Do you believe in me? I will support you through your roughest moments if you work with me.

I do NOT just work with emotional overeaters and bariatric patients although they are my speciality. I work with anyone seeking to make a transformative change in any area of their life. I draw heavily from the Prochaska change model and love to see my clients find their a-ha moments.
