Dr. Alex McKinlay is a member-at-large on TAO’s board and currently practices in San Antonio. Dr. McKinlay is board-certified in both Otolaryngology and Sleep Medicine, trained in San Antonio, and now retired from the US Army after 24 years. Dr. McKinlay treats both pediatric and adult patients at his private practice, Gold Standard Sleep & ENT.

Dr. Rachel Arffa is a member-at-large on TAO’s board and currently practices in Austin. Dr. Arffa is a fellowship-trained rhinologist and general otolaryngologist. She completed her Otolaryngology residency at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Temple, and completed a fellowship in Rhinology at the Sinus and Nasal Institute of Florida in St. Petersburg, FL. She is also Inspire Sleep Apnea Treatment Certified, allowing her to implant the only FDA-approved obstructive sleep apnea treatment.
