Pitta, Vatta & Kapha - balances of the elements earth, air, fire, water.
How these energetics show up varies based on each individual but also by the energetic variations of the seasons.
It's feeling like Summer here rarly in Texas, which is ruled by the Pitta Dosha, bringing warmth and action; a time for everyone to pacify the Pitta
