Prenatal care should be a relaxing, ‘laid back’ experience... and we mean that literally! 😊 Comfortable positions, calm atmosphere, genuine care!

At AABC, we follow the recommended prenatal care schedule and see you every 4 weeks in the beginning of your pregnancy, then every two weeks during the third trimester, and weekly from 36 weeks to delivery! You get 30 solid minutes of time with your midwife and have the opportunity to meet each and every one of us midwives during your pregnancy.

✨ Introducing Centering Pregnancy at AABC ✨

Pregnancy is more than checkups, it is about connection, learning, and community. We are proud to offer Centering Pregnancy at both our North and South centers. 💛

Instead of a quick in-and-out visit, Centering brings parents together in small groups to:

👩‍⚕️ Meet with your midwife one-on-one!
🤰 Share your journey alongside others due the same month!
📚 Learn about pregnancy, birth, and parenting in a supportive setting
💬 Ask questions, get real answers, and feel truly seen!

Centering is prenatal care that is expanded, empowered, and community-centered.

🌟 Groups are limited (max 8–10 families) and fill quickly.
🌟 You can join up until the 4th session, then the group closes.

Ros brings not only extensive clinical experience and expertise, but also her deep compassion and wisdom to every family she supports. Whether it’s your first latch of fiftieth question, she is here for it all!

A lovely water birth at our North Center this evening!

After welcoming four boys into the world, this sweet family was surprised with a beautiful baby girl! 💗

Even more special? Our midwife Rebekah was lucky enough to catch their last baby as well!

Moments like this, watching families grow, being invited back into their stories, and holding space for each new chapter, are what we love most about midwifery care!

It’s not just about the birth itself. It is about the trust, the connection, and the privilege of walking alongside families on their journey.
