Join me for an evening of nourishing, supported Sacred Breathwork—a conscious, connected, circular breathing journey (Rebirthing Breathwork).
You’ll be guided through a full hour of Breathwork, supported by healing energy (hands-on or in the space) and the sounds of drums, rattles, koshi chimes, and other melodic instruments—all woven into a high-vibrational playlist.
This is a substance-free space—no microdosing, CBD, cannabis, alcohol, recreational drugs, or plant medicines, etc.
My intention is to hold a clean and grounded container where you can:
~Truly feel into your body without numbing
~Gently explore what lies underneath patterns of anxiety or fight-or-flight
~Release what is not yours to carry
~Create space for clarity, healing, and peace
Breathwork itself is the medicine—supporting us in moving through discomfort, reconnecting with our truth, and discovering to access wholeness and presence.

Yes, this is Somatic work as you will be aware of your own body's internal and external sensations and perceptions. We hold memory, emotions and trauma in our bodies which is tied to our experiences.
Our breath connects us with our body’s wisdom. Through awareness of internal + external sensations, we can release stored emotions, memories, and trauma—inviting clarity, peace, and connection to our Divine Essence.
The whole event is from 7-8:30 and I kindly ask for you to arrive at 6:55, as the doors are locked at 7:05.
