Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night due to shoulder pain? Night pain can be a sign of inflammation and chronic pain & inflammation can slow your recovery. Stenosis is where arthritic changes are happening within the spine that can cause narrowing and compression on the nerves which may cause numbness or tingling. Today, I'm sharing three exercises you can try at home using a stability ball if you do have stenosis. As always, we recommend first getting checked out by your doctor prior to performing any exercises.

• Laying in Flexion - to manage pain & bring relief - 1-2 mins
• Seated Marches - to help with stability
• Seated Crunches - to help with stability
Perform 2 sets of 15 of each exercise.
