"Gas station Ban" Inside the new government funding bill. There is language that would outlaw THCO, D8, D10, THCP, and basically any lab made or synthetic cannabinoid. That means your gummies, vapes, and oils could soon be treated like ma*****na and pulled from shelves unless your state reclassifies and regulates them under cannabis program laws. It adds in a new 0.4mg THC limit per container, including THCA too. So, even products under the usual 0.3% rule could still be banned if their container contains more than .4 mg thc all together & or if they did not consider thca under the .3 limit rule. This could change the h**p game overnight if passed they would have 1 year from approval to destroy or sell off non compliant products.

This topic is largely A double edged sword. While many do not want more regulation for cannabis the highly taxed & heavily regulated legal markets fought many setbacks & penalties for things like false poison control data & took the blame for exposure to children & constant over regulation for things that could largely be attributed to the unregulated Intoxicating h**p products that anyone of any age could buy yet the legal markets were blamed for. The two markets competed with eachother while one side was largely unchecked & the other heavily regulated & taxed while both competed for market share on very similair products. The legal markets also face strict standards of safety & testing while the unregulated products largely faced no standard at all for things like mold, pesticides heavy metals ect. It looks as if this Ban being that is tucked away in A bill with bipartisan support to re-open the government has A great chance of becoming reality.
