Ascension Texas has reached a new agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX). This ensures patients with BCBSTX Commercial, Medicare and Exchange (ACA) coverage will continue to have uninterrupted, in-network access to care at our hospitals, clinics and outpatient facilities.

Ascension Texas extends its gratitude to patients, caregivers and partners for their continued trust, support and patience throughout this process.

This agreement is more than a contract — it is a reaffirmation of our Mission to serve all with dignity and compassion. By securing fair and sustainable reimbursement, we can continue supporting our caregivers, strengthening our ministry, and providing high-quality care to the individuals and families who rely on us.

The Secret Disco was an absolute vibe! 🪩✨ We are still buzzing from the music, moves, and all the holiday energy. 💿❄️ It was so much fun to see our Dell Children’s family join in on the fun! 🎅🎚️🙌

Discover what is ahead for pediatric sports medicine at the 2026 Pediatric Research in Sports Medicine (PRiSM) Annual Meeting in Austin, taking place January 29 to 31, 2026, and hear insights from leaders shaping the future of the field.

The newest episode of Pediatric Sports Lab: A PRiSM Podcast features Dr. Matthew Ellington, MD pediatric orthopedic surgeon and research director at Central Texas Pediatric Orthopedics and assistant professor in the Department of Surgery and Perioperative Care at UT Austin Dell Medical School. Dr. Ellington also serves as co-lead for the Scientific Planning Committee for this year's meeting.
