Our experienced training staff and state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor training facility are only a few things that make Evolve so unique. We offer new state-of-the-art equipment, professional and affordable personal trainers, outdoor Zumba and Power Pilates, classes for seniors, an outdoor private training deck, massage therapy, Muscle Activation Therapy (MAT), and nutrition and dietary programs. You won’t be fighting over weights or wiping down a machine before you use it. Evolve wants to make a premier fitness facility affordable for everyone, and we don’t charge initiation fees or require you to sign a contract. 🔥 Anthony dropped over 10 percent body fat, while gaining ~15 lbs of lean muscle!
💥 Alissa lost 8% body fat, and added ~5 lbs of lean muscle!

Shout out to Ben on his recent shred up for a trip to Japan 🇯🇵

🏋️‍♂️ He strength trained hard and consistently 3x a week, plus 1–2 cardio sessions on the bike each week.
🍏 He also reduced his calories while keeping protein high.

The results? Ben dropped 5% body fat and over 20 lbs!

His conditioning and strength made exploring Japan a breeze: whether climbing endless subway stairs, powering through museums, or keeping up with his kids, he looked and felt his best while enjoying every moment of the trip. 💪
