I did this little thing! Taking over, more like a continuation?!
Maybe just a transformation of some sort?!

Well, a transfer from one energy to another to make it into something that is still needed.

Two completely different energies, but also a lot alike in many ways.

A form of Alchemy.

This definition means so much more to us than you know. 😔

These herbs, tinctures, will not “heal” you. They are allies to help support you bodies natural healing ability.

I have been graciously helped and I am so thankful to all of you!

I will always help and go all the way. As far as I am able. And pray a little more for answers.

I will accept my lessons and share them with others.

I also have to let go and let the process do its thing. Without interruption, or getting in the way of Gods plan. I know I dont have the power to do that anyway!

I do know that herbs will call you, and be a friend you didnt know you needed. I love sharing their purpose of a forgotten art filled with wisdom.

Energy , Apothecary, and everything else

I did a couple things on this list today. Listening to music, it just diluted the stress on my shoulders, made me feel my body breathing again. Sometimes you get so in your mind you forget the miracle of you breathing, happening alongside, despite actually, all that noise inside, despite all the noise outside you too. Sometimes we need to plug into what’s happening, despite the noise. Chances are it was there before the noise and it will be there after. What will you give your attention to? I am grateful the music called me out of my mind tonight xx
