Not talking about depression only makes it worse. Connection is the opposite of isolation, a huge indicator of major depressive disorder. So I'm here to talk about it. And normalize it. And let you know that it's okay if you're a therapist and going through it too. Or if you're NOT a therapist, it's still okay if you're going through it. I'm here for you. ❤️

Seriously, we see you. And in 2026, we can spot an apologist a mile away. I actually copied and pasted this comment from a Facebook post where someone was posting about a man in a bar who was openly talking about being proud of SA'ing women. In the comments, people were both outraged (rightfully so) as well as coming to his defense.

I am currently pursuing AAMFT board-approved supervisory status, so any new supervisees would be helpful!

I have space for individual adults who are neurodiverse/ADHD, navigating boundaries with emotionally immature parents, LGBTQ+ populations, and men's work! (Currently full on couples). I take all major insurances and have remote and in-person availability at my Westlake office!
