Every time you eat, your body is either — supporting your energy, metabolism, and hormones… or struggling to keep up.

And most of the time, feeling “off” comes down to a few things:

* Not eating enough protein
* Skipping meals or under-fueling
* Relying on quick, processed foods
* Not giving your body enough balance
