I’m NOT a Lululemon person. For many reasons. Much of my yoga attire is from India, or Indian-inspired. I’m letting go of some of my fun pants, skirts (above yogi shirt) and top (with yogi image) to whomever will appreciate them. Love offering. Pay what you want.

Many thanks to for hosting a beautiful feast. We made our own , ❤️ cards, and played Galentines bingo. I was so touched by the goody bags that included a box of covered strawberries, a pickled peach compote, and a lovely handwritten card.
Perfect way to celebrate my birthday and valentines day weekend. Especially since I normally host the self-love workshops! (Check out my virtual on-demand FLY session at thenamastecounsel.com).

Man is not made to be hunched over a digital device. Our bodies and minds shout back. We yearn for fresh air. To be surrounded by nature, rather than concrete. Likewise, our bodies need movement, AND quiet, and our minds need to quiet down before we rev up our creative juices.
