Nostalgic memories: just after founding Gurukul in Nov 2000, on 26th Jan 2001 i did a workshop in NYC at my bro’s maharaja restaurant on how to keep the trillion cell republic 💪💜🧘‍♀️🇮🇳
21 years later… billions yet to be served…
Practice, practice, practice is how become strong
And defense is still the best offence to keep enemy at bay inside and out…🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Auspicious Day today celebrating 159th birth anniversary of a Master who brought to the West.
Let us bring the youth in all of us and eradicate dis-ease of the body, mind and spirit from boardrooms, conference rooms, classrooms to homerooms. Happy to have read his writings in my formative years and had my first formal learning from a in Mumbai in early 80s as a stressed-out 20-something. 35+ years later, happy to be associated with (Vivekananda Yoga University) spreading science and practice of Yoga as an evidence-based modality of healthcare.
