Skychology is the concept that sky gazing can significantly benefit our mental health through its calming and meditative effect on the mind! We were lucky enough to see the northern lights and the ATLAS comet this week! ATLAS won’t be back for another 80,000 years. Take sometime for yourself this evening, and check it out. It can be seen 45 mins after the sunsets, in between Venus and Arcturus, for about an hour.

Motor point therapy is like physical therapy on fast track. If any muscle is found to be not firing properly, or inhibited, we stimulate the motor point with 4 hz of current. This wakes up the muscle and re-teaches your brain how to use it! If you’re experiencing chronic muscular or nerve pain, you may have muscle inhibition!

Common symptoms of muscular inhibition include: sciatic pain, low back pain, poor posture (or difficulty keeping a good posture), neck pain, plantar fasciitis.
