Energy Healing is accessing the infinite energy source of the Universe through a variety of techniques and technology, but mainly, it is our intention. We are ALL able to access this energy (God, Source, Universe) but society has conditioned us to believe that this is not possible. Humans have been taught that their innate wisdom and ability to connect is not real and this simply is not true. Through Reiki, sound healing, and personal development practices, Jessica supports her clients and community in healing all their bodies: mental, emotional, physical and energetic. Most importantly, she helps them simply remember who they truly are on a deeper level. She helps you see the energy behind what you are experiencing physically by acknowledging your experience. And with acknowledgment, the person is able to validate themselves and take responsibility for their part in the experience. This is the first step in any healing process.
