FREE Men’s Circle: A Gathering for Grounded Connection

Led by James Dyer | Free Event (Donations Welcome)

This circle is for anyone who identifies as male and is seeking deeper connection, reflection, and growth. Together, we’ll explore what it means to embody grounded, present, and compassionate masculinity. Through movement, breath, and shared stories, we’ll build a space of support and strength.

What to Expect:

Gentle yoga and physical movement to ground the body
Breathwork to release stress and reconnect with inner clarity
A facilitated sharing circle to speak, listen, and be witnessed
Tools for emotional resilience, grounded presence, and authentic connection
A community of men committed to growth, honesty, and brotherhood
What to Bring:

Nothing is required
Optional: a journal or notebook if you’d like to reflect or jot down insights
Comfortable clothing for light movement
This is a come-as-you-are space. You’re welcome here - whether it’s your first circle or your hundredth.

Sunday fun for all ages—join us at Flow Yoga North Loop for a cozy afternoon watching a surprise PG-rated film! We’re transforming the studio into a comfy movie lounge with tea, popcorn, and floor seating on yoga mats and blankets.

✨ This event supports Inside Books Project — a nonprofit that sends free books to people incarcerated in Texas.
📚 If you can, bring a book to donate!

🕑 Event Details:
• Doors open: 2:00 PM
• Movie starts: 2:30 PM
• All ages welcome!

Flow Fam -
Due to recent storms, our AC unit is currently out of service. As a result, all heated Vinyasa classes will be held as regular (non-heated) Vinyasa classes for the next few days.

It’s not a performance, but a shared experience where your voice blends with others in a relaxed, welcoming space. Whether you choose to sing along, listen quietly, or simply feel the calming energy, Kirtan is a beautiful way to unwind, connect, and find inner peace.
