Grateful for an incredible night at Spark Your Flow Fest SXSW inside

To all the artists, vendors, and guests who stopped by our table - thank you for your curiosity, openness, and your willingness to experience something new. Being able to share how we're bridging science and spirituality through cellular health and energy was powerful.

Another beautiful evening of learning and community. 🌿

Last night we had the honor of sharing this presentation inside — and it was a wonderful success. Thank you Kim for hosting us!

Expecting mothers and curious doulas gathered together to learn about pregnancy, pelvic floor health, emotional wellness, and practices that support the nervous system. These are the kinds of conversations that strengthen families and help create more informed and supported birth communities.

A special thank you to the founder of for sharing the beautiful playmats that came in handy during our rebozo somatic movement demonstration. They made the experience even more supportive and comfortable for the pregnant mamas participating.

Deep gratitude to Diana , OTS, and the doula community for bringing this gathering together and creating the opportunity for us to educate, connect, and build community in such a meaningful way.

When knowledge is shared and community gathers, everyone grows.

Thankful to be part of spaces that support mothers, families, and the next generation. 💛

We did it! Our first platica of 2026 was a beautiful success.🤰

This was the first of a 4- part series and the very first gathering held in our new co-comunidad space. What a special way to open the doors - con familias, wisdom, and heartfelt conversations about pregnancy, pelvic floor health, emotional wellness, and practices with the rebozo to support the nervous system as well as comfort for the expecting mama.

Deep gratitude to the mujeres and partners who showed up with open ❤️ corazones to learn, ask questions, and support one another. Spaces like these remind each of us how powerful it is when comunidad gathers with intention.

Big thanks to our guest speaker, Doula and OTS - Diana - for sharing a wealth of wisdom and guiding us with such care and knowledge.

And heartfelt appreciation to the jefa - Irasema - for the vision of creating a space where familias can gather, feel safe, and be supported throughout their pregnancy and parenting journeys.

These culturally rooted conversations matter. When we share knowledge, honor our bodies, and support one another, we strengthen families and future generations.

This is community care...how we nurture the next generation.

Alexia has a strong and vibrant energy that can be read wrong if you don't know her true essence or her tender corazon. She's a loving mother and chingona entrepreneur. Her wise words she offers through l guidance and spiritual guides is always about truth and in our best interests.
