- Stretch and Release every Tuesday at 7pm at Soul Strong Yoga in Round Rock.
- Catch Deep Rest Yoga Wednesday this week at Finding Balance in Hutto before I take a break for April, and we shift to every other week.
- Join Trice and Chris at Zilker Park at 9am this Saturday for Yoga in the Park.

Stretch and Release at Soul Strong is a combination of yin and restorative yoga. We start off with some yin to relieve tension and transition to restorative for rest. Every Wednesday at 7pm, we spend an hour chilling with 30 minutes of restorative yoga followed by 30 minutes of yoga nidra.
